Tranquility, privacy and safety are our top priorities.
A private road leads directly to the property and access is granted exclusively via an electric gate. Four parking spaces are located inside the enclosed grounds, directly in front of the villa. All entrances are protected by video surveillance.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire outdoor area, including the garden, infinity pool, lounges, outdoor seating areas, barbecue and the historic loggia.
The property is reserved solely for our guests, allowing undisturbed relaxation throughout the stay.

Concierge Services by Our Property Manager Natalia
We have been working with our English-speaking property manager Natalia for many years.
Upon request, she is available as your personal concierge and offers a wide range of services through her company Actio. Based on your wishes, she supports you with planning, organization and bookings before and during your stay.
Natalia is also available as a local contact during the rental season and can be reached for assistance or further information whenever needed.
