Reservation Guide & Important Policies
Contact the owner via email inquiring the villa for the desired period.
After the confirmation of the owner, that the villa can be booked for the requested period, the booking is complete, when the first payment has been made and the completed and signed contract has been returned.
50% of the rental price is due with reservation. Balance in full of the rental price plus security deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival.
In case of travel restrictions due to Covid we fully refund your payment. Other than that no refunds will be made on deposits. In extreme cases of injury, illness or death we will make any effort to postpone the rental to a suitable date.
Yes, we give a discount. You only pay for 6 nights per week in the second week and all subsequent weeks.
No, there are no extra costs. In the nightly rate included is the service fee, which covers the expenses for bed linens, towels, final cleaning, assistance by the property manager and a flat rate for electricity, water, heating, TV and internet service.
The security deposit will be refunded after all debts have been satisfied, generally within 30 days of departure from the property or within the time it takes to determine any damage or repairs.
Booking Details
Booking is only possible through inquiry to the owner. Allow 24 hours to communicate and review the booking before accepting. During this time, no other booking will be accepted for the inquired time.
Only the entire villa can be booked with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
The villa can be booked throughout the year, but no longer than 18 months in advance and no closer than 4 weeks before check-in.
Booking outside the time frame Saturday to Saturday is possible.
The minimum age of the primary renter is 35 years.
During Your Stay
Check-in and check-out is carried out by the property manager directly at the villa; the exact meeting point will be agreed upon beforehand.
Families with children are welcome after communicating details beforehand with the owner; baby crib and high chair available.
Pets are not allowed due to the high-quality furnishings. In special cases, an exception can be agreed upon with the owner.
The villa is a non-smoking property.
The renter will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by him or his party during the stay.
Miscellaneous
On request the pool can be heated: cost/week 200,- €.
No, the pool is not fenced, for safety reasons children under age 18 need to be guarded outside by at least 1 alert adult at all times
No, that didn’t seem necessary to us. The villa is well insulated. Nightly average temperatures in July, August are in average 68 °F. All bedroom windows have rollable mosquito screens and can be left open at night without safety concerns. The bed rooms are high above the ground and cannot be reached from the outside.They are equipped with fans, which draw in the cool night air.
