Escape to Tuscany: A Private Villa Estate Awaits
The property consists of 3 buildings: the main villa, the attached former chapel San Piero from 12th century and a separate small house (pool house) with attached loggia. Pool house, loggia and main villa are grouped around an inner courtyard, which is closed with a wall and a wrought iron gate.The pool house with storage rooms stays closed and is not rented out.
The whole property is fully enclosed, which ensures absolute privacy. You enter the property through a large wrought iron gate secured with a pin code and can park your cars on the forecourt of the chapel.

According to its long history, the villa is an exceptional example of Tuscan tradition with old stone walls, heavy chestnut beams, hand molded clay tiles on the floors and tiled roofs. They radiate the charm of past centuries.
After intense restoration the house is now equipped with the latest technology and all the comforts of today.The focus lies on sustainability through pellet floor heating, heat pump for hot water and insulation to todays standards. Two wells provide water. High quality furnishings and the use of top quality fittings and materials give the feeling of staying in your own comfortable home.
